I can do 121MG of niccotine. One day I tried it seemed like a dumb idea at first but I did the 30 of the 4 mg gum and a cigarette which is almost 1MG. I think it depends on tolerance or if you are a chain smoker. And your fatigue. If you are tired you are effected more that is why some people don't like to smoke in the morning. And it also depends on the way the niccotine is transferred. Cigarettes,cigars,gum,patch ext.. Each has different effectiveness. I may have only smoked for 7 years but I so far have built up a high tolerance really high. When you get that high you know its time to stop.

∙ 15y agoAlthough a poison in its own right, nicotine is rarely taken in sufficient quantities to be deadly. It might not even be possible for a person to do so voluntarily by smoking. The chemicals that accompany nicotine in tobacco and tobacco products are what create the problems, and they kill hundreds of thousands of people a year.

∙ 10y agoit depends. if you were to inject yourself with the amount of pure nicotine in 1 cigarette that would kill you. If you smoke the cigarette due to inhaling it and most of it is exhaled this won't kill you... So a tiny amount of pure nicotine directly into the blood stream will kill you. The Previous Statement is False. New Studies have found that a Nicotine O.D. can be anywhere from 500-1000Mg. there is .9Mg of nicotine in one Cigarette, and you need to intake almost 1000% of that in order to die.
