The requirements to be eligible to serve as Vice President are the same as those for President, including the need to be a natural born citizen. Therefore, a person not born in the US could be Vice President only if at least one of his/her parents were US citizens at the time of birth. This would apply, for example, to John McCain, who was born in Panama but is a natural born US citizen because both of his parents were US citizens when he was born.
Yes. In the event the president can not perform his duties the vice president becomes the President. This event has actually happened nine times so far, eight times because of the death of the President and once because the President resigned his office.
Section one of Article two of the constitution specifies that a person must be a "natural born citizen" to be eligible to be POTUS.
The Twelfth Amendment sets forth the same requirements for VP.
No.
It's one of the three rules to be president:
That's an interesting question. It isn't explicitly forbidden by the Constitution, but since it is explicitly forbidden by the Constitution for an immigrant to be President, and being available to take over should the President become unable to perform his Duties is the main and very nearly only reason for the existence of the position of Vice-President, I have a hard time imagining anyone saying "Well, sure, he couldn't be President if the President dies, but he'd make such a darn good President of the Senate in the meantime, I'm going to vote for him anyway."
People who could not become President due to not being "natural-born citizens" HAVE served in positions that are fairly high in the line of succession for President. Henry Kissinger (Secretary of State under presidents Nixon and Ford) is one example; Kissinger emigrated from Germany to the US in his youth, but was a naturalized, rather than a natural-born, citizen. As far as I know, at fourth (after the Vice-President, Speaker of the House, and President pro tem of the Senate) Kissinger is the highest in the line of succession for the Presidency that any immigrant has ever been.
No. The twelth amendment does not allow it.
No. Because they couldn't be Vice President in the first place. They must meet the same standards set out in the U.S. Constitution to run for Vice President as the President's running mate.
No

Washington sat as president of the convention and the majority of delegates thought he was the only person to lead the country.
a foreigner
The person that speaks for you in a foreign country is an Interpreter, but depending on the location they may say the name in that given language.
It depends on whether you live there or not. If you do not live there, it is a foreign country. If you live there, it is not a foreign country. Instead, it is called a mother country. ex)A person who lives in America would call Norway a foreign country because he or she does not live there. In contrast, a person who lives in Norway would call Norway his or her mother country because he or she lives there.
Diplomat
The act of giving full citizenship to a person in a foreign country is known as naturalization.
