Unless the law in Michigan states differently, 18 is the age of emancipation (adulthood) in all jurisdictions that I am aware of. Upon turning 18 you ARE emancipated and can make "adult" decisions and assume 'adult' responsibilities.
No, regardless of your age, you are emancipated by being married and therefor does not get child support.
You can, but you have to be able to show that you can financially support yourself, handle your social and financial affairs and are not going to be dependant upon state aid.
no it will stay with you forever like student loans
generally people move out at 18, but with parental permission or if you are emancipated you can when you are 17 (you can emancipated if your parents are failing to provide you with support). If you are not emancipated then you cant move out at 17. Living on your own is a lot harder then you think and should be thought about before moving out unless parents are not providing support.
{| |- | In order to sign a contract, one has to be the age of majority. In Michigan this means being 18 years old. For a younger person to legally sign agreements they must be emancipated. The court has to issue an order to the minor that documents they have the right to contract. This also means the parents are no longer responsible for the welfare and support of the child. |}
If they are willing to be emancipated, as than they will have that right. see links
In general, emancipated children are not eligible for child support - they are considered adults.
The ways in which you get emancipated (separated from ones parents) varies from place to place. Generally, one must be able to prove they can be independent and support themselves alone.
No
If there is abuse, the state will take custody and put them into foster care. If the 16 year old has a job and can support themself, they might be able to get emancipated, but the 15 year old cannot.
If you can prove you can support yourself. Get a lawyer and file the paperwork. A judge will determine if you can be emancipated.
If you're in the US... A child saying he is emancipated means nothing (I can say I'm God, but that doesn't mean I am :). If the child actually is legally emancipated, then child support ceases.
