Normally yes.It would depend on whether the eye area is damaged, if you have bald patches go and see your doctor, as it may be a serious problem.Well it really depends on how much damage you have done. Mine grew back but i only pulled out about 5. If you have a bald spot fill in with eyeliner and keep checking.If u do cut your eyelashes they will grow back to the same length they were but they wont grow fuller or longer.
