You will lose your license if you are under the age of 18 years old and quit school according to new Alabama state laws. If a student quits school and obtains their G.E.D. certification they can be released from this law.

Don't quit school. Not because others don't want you to quit school ,but stay for yourself. By quitting school you will be putting yourself at an extreme disadvantage in the world. By all means stay in school and further your education even after it. You will be able to adapt to life easier, learn faster, and live an all around happier life.

Commercial drivers license with no over the road experience how do you get a job?

Well, what are you trying to do, exactly? Are you trying to go OTR or stay local? Getting a local job without experience isn't impossible, but your options are limited. Try garbage companies - collectors typically use the Allison automatic, so drivers aren't required to know how to shift (I know you think you know how to after truck driving school, but you're not ready to be cut loose on your own with a manual shift truck) and are often willing to hire inexperienced drivers.
