WHATEVER state you live in - if the state issues two license plates you will be required to display both of them! One of them on the front - one on the rear!
I'm not personally familiar whether or not Nevada issues 2 license plates per vehicle, BUT - - if a state issues TWO license plates for every vehicle, then BOTH must be displayed - one in front and one in back.

sounds like Virginia happens to be my state. The sticker on the windshield is for the annual safety inspection only. The date on the registration and date stickers on the licence plates are for state licence tags expiration these are 2 different items. A note: if in Virginia the emissions test is done every 2 years for vehicle tag renewal where emissions are required
Yes. Having said that, if your commercial vehicle is a combination vehicle, the front plate goes on the tractor and the back plate on the trailer; the tractor won't have a back plate.
