If it is a very potent poison, then, yes. It can.
With highly toxic venom - as do all sea snakes.
It is possible, but the shark would be more likely to get injured than killed. It also depends on the species of sharks as well.

None, they would have drowned already
the most poisonous is the beaked sea snake
The yellowbellied sea snake has the widest distribution of any sea snake. They are found throughout the tropical waters of the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, both near the coast and in the open ocean, and are the only snake native to the waters near Hawaii and one of only two off New Zealand's coast. They are not found in the Atlantic because they cannot survive in the cooler water south of Africa and South America, which they would have to migrate through to reach the Atlantic. They are not found in the Red Sea because it is too saline.
one bite of a Belcher's Sea Snake is enough to kill 10,000 people so stay away from it
The Belcher's Sea Snake is the most venomous snake in the world. They live throughout waters off South Asia and Northern Australia, and a few milligrams of their poison is strong enough to kill around 1000 people!
I would kill a snake.
