With a blue plastic tarp on the concrete, topped then with 1" sand and/or a thick-ish carpet remnant, yes. Be sure the surface is flat and that you don't interfere with any swail of the concrete/water drainage. Also, be sure to enforce the safety rules- no head-first jumping or diving in the pool!

∙ 17y agoI think you can as long as the yard is level, the concrete is in good condition and thick enough, and you use sand in the bottom of the pool. Consult your local pool shop for advice.
