yes
Guess ja ja
I am noticing it is not that easy to get someone deported because of expenses. Unless they have done some crime here in America, then it seems as though no one cares. * If the unlawfully present immigrant appears in a court of law regardless of the reason for him being there, authorities are required to take him into custody and remand him to immigration officials. Whether or not he will be deported depends upon if he qualifies as a refugee or asylee.
no
Yes, If he is illegal, and if you are illegal then you will be deported also. If he is legal and you aren't, he'll be sent to jail and you'll be deported. If he is illegal and your not, he'll be deported and you'll be fined $4,500 for housing an illegal. If your both legal he'll go to jail and you'll be lonely for a few years.
They are still and illegal immigrant.
Can an illegal alien who was deported and barred for ten years come back sooner by marrying an us citizen?
Marrying a US citizen does not automatically make the other person a citizen. Spouses of US citizens can and do get deported everyday. Send him back home and apply for him while he is not in the U.S.
The U.S. grants a married immigrant conditional permanent residence status for two years. At the time of the divorce if the two years has not past the spouse is deported after the divorce proceedings.
You can't, unless u want him to be kicked out of the country. he can return to the country, and you get married there. Then you file a whole bunch of forms for him to get here, as if he didn't do the illegal immigration in the first place. It will take a long time.
Marriage Fraud is a Federal Crime with maximum penalty of five years imprisonment and a fine up to $250,000. It is a felony and anyone convicted of this crime is considered a convicted felon.
Obama is president....
They can certainly get married. There is normally no requirement to prove citizenship to obtain a marriage license. It does not mean they won't get deported or that they automatically get citizenship.
