Well in my opinion you will have to have sleep after meals. More at night so the body can absorb the food instead of else where (bathroom). But with a fast matabolism I recommend lots of sleep, I myself was struggling with weight gain I was called skinny for years. But once I put a level of meals that i would eat during the day and enough sleep at night I noticed a weight difference in about 4 weeks. It worth a try you may never know.
