Freemasonry admits men regardless of race, creed, color, faith or nationality and no where in this list of rules does it mention race as a component in becoming a freemason.

(WW1, USA) During world war one many black were segregated due to the Jim Crow law. Most Blacks wee allowed to join the army, however the airforce and the marines refused to take black volunters.
Some people turn against African Americans or Africans because they are stereotypically known to cause crimes and join gangs. While a high amount of blacks are in gangs or have committed crimes, allot of whites and Mexican's have too. So people point fingers at blacks to blame the things wrong with themselves at the people who do it more.
Although Malcolm X and Martin Luther King had different believes they joined together in the fight for blacks' rights.
Freemasonry membership is limited to men.

Frederick Douglas was 100 % in favor of having Blacks serve in the Union army. In Massachusetts, Douglas was active in recruiting freed Blacks to join the 54th regiment of Massachusetts. Actually it was in New York, that he recruited 100 Blacks to join the Massachusetts regiment. This included two of his sons.
