Brown hair. Most people have light to dark brown hair
It's called vellus hair (blonde "peach fuzz") turning Into terminal hair. The vellus hair will first grow longer and will then start to turn dark brown hair and if he shaves the blonde hair, he lose it forever and dark brown hair will start to grow in those areas, if he doesn't shave, some of those hairs could remain partially blonde forever. Genetics has a big role in this
Hair color shades are very seldom true to color. One should always go up a tone or two depending on the brand; so you if want the final result to be a level 5 brown you should buy a level 7. Level 6 may turn level 5 hair too dark.
there is no purpose for Indian in the cupboard its for children
The water in your area has high iron deposits, and you weakened your hair by using a chemical. Blonde highlighting is susceptable to primary salts in water because of the bleaching process. Try using a water filter for hair washing.
From experience: It will turn blonde where the highlights are. I tried to dye my hair all the way blonde, it turns blonde but a yellow-ish blonde. Brown works better with it

I believe so. It will not turn your hair blonde of course but the color might turn out blonder. I am not sure though. But it probably will(: Yeh^^ it does, it goes about 5 shades lighter than your natural hair colour.. so dark brown >> light-er brown >> light brown >> blondy brown >> blonde >> whitish >> grey+ damaged.
it is worth a try, but i have blonde hair and i tried to dye it brown and it didnt work. blonde hair is hard to dye, because if it is not very professionally done, it could turn green! xx
It will if you do it yourself. My opinion, Get it done professionally.

Bleach takes color out of your hair so if your hair is black or brown, it'll turn a strawberry blonde or light brown, depending on the amount of time the bleach is left on your head. If it's a blonde, It'll turn light blonde, or even platinum. Bleach is also very damaging for the hair. Too much bleaching could result to your hair falling off.
Well, what color is your hair? If it's dark brown, it's not going to turn blonde anytime soon...
