Not sure about catfish. But it has been used in many salons where they are using the doctor fish to eat the dead skin off feet.
I'm not sure either, petshops use catfish to clean the pond plants, they suck off the algae dead plant cells-don't know about feet but I'm tempted to try!!!

Blue catfish can get almost 8 feet long but other species in china can get even longer.
If you are White, your hands and feet are going too be white. If you are Black, your feet and hands are going too be dark. Outside of that, you would clean your hands really well, and maybe you could apply paint or makeup. If there are underlying health issues causing your hands to be darker than normal, see a doctor.
