Yes, most foods do have a scent (smell), some more appealing than others.

For example, an apple would smell more appealing than a cheese fruit, also known as vomit fruit; which has a pungent odor when ripening.

Yes, strongly flavored foods can make your perspiration take on an odor. Alcohol and garlic are two examples. It would require consuming a large amount, but it can cause your body to assume their odors.

Food smells due to a lack of refridgeration and a growth of bacteria also due to overexposure of air. For example sausages are delicious but if they are exposed to air they'll stink. McDonald's is an example of a place where food commonly smells. Due to the lack of care for the customer, McDonald's tries to make their food as cheap as possible sometimes resulting in food poisining! Aside from the question, I hope every person out there knows how terrible McDonald's is. There food is loaded with lots of sodium fat and carbohydrates. If you ask me I would not reccommend eating there. So please don't McDonald's is a bad place.
