The get lean diet does have success stories. The main reason it works is because it is changing eating habits to healthier options and eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day.
If it is fresh (not processed) turkey and you remove the skin after cooking but before eating, turkey can be considered a lean protein.

If you regularly exercise on a treadmill fro atleast 45 minutes a day. You will feel the difference and surely get a lean body. Exercise can do wonders.

Depends what your eating. You could be eating very clean (fruits, vegetables, lean meats) and exercising, and have a significant proportion of lean muscle mass. If you dirty bulk (fast food etc), you could have a high proportion of fat. Naturally the former is better.
There are no diets specifically for young women. Eating plenty of vegetables and only eating lean meats is a good diet for anyone with pre-diabetes.
