Possibly WATER Weight... But you will gain it all back as soon as you drink and/or resume your normal regimen. It's more dangerous than anything. Losing weight is not as hard as everyone makes it our to be and maintaining a weight that you are comfortable at, isn't as hard as the "diet industry" would like us all to believe. Everything in moderation! Do NOT deprive yourself! Don't Diet! Don't listen to the hype! Don't read "glamour" magazines. (There's nothing glamorous about models starving themselves or vomiting to stay thin) Take in less calories than you use. (If you burn more calories (move, exercise), you can eat more...if you choose not to move...you eat less...simple math.) And, for the remarkable benefits...try to eat "good stuff"...but, again, don't deprive yourself. I have maintained my 5'9", 130lb. high-school weight my entire adult life (45+ yrs old)...and (I am not joking about this) I eat Burger King at least 3 times a week. WHOPPERS and DOUBLE CHEESE-BURGERS too, not salads. (Does Burger King even make salads?) I grew up on BK and I still love it...so I eat it...period. The days following my "WHOPPER DAYS" I do an additional 15 minutes on my treadmill. It all balances out. Gimmicks just don't work.

You will probably have lost some, but fasting is generally not considered to be a good method for weight loss.
Fasting is a quick weight loss program. You should restrict the number of days fasting because it can harm your health if followed too long.Talk to you Dr. before starting any fast.
Uhhh dont starve youself pleasee!!!
You can loose the most weight in 4 days by doing the following... 1. NO SODA or JUICES 2. ABSOLUTELY NO CARBS 3. DRINK WATER
There are only two days now when fasting is required - Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
If you are fasting, you do not eat.
so we know what does are fasting
You will lose about 10 pounds in first week then it will drop to around 1-2 pound a day, and no you will not put it back on providing you eat healthily of course, water fasting is very beneficial not only for weight loss but for many other benefits.
16 days
Fasting that long is not a good way to diet, it'll put you right in the zone where you can encounter real medical complications. Besides, weight is gained by lifestyle choices, doing a spot effort to lose weight only means that once that period is over you'll most likely immediately start putting that weight back on again. To get rid of the weight and to keep it offyou need to establish another lifestyle. And repeated sudden changes in weight isn't good for you either.
