Yes, the law allows for DCNR personnel to search private property without a warrant. They are still required to obtain a warrant to enter a dwelling as well as curtilage. Without this, the would be unable to effectively conserve and preserve our natural resources and enforce game and fish laws. While there are many occasions when a Game Warden or other Peace Officer may legally enter private property, that property is still deemed private.

Yes.
It is possible for someone to come onto private property in order to possess your car in North Carolina. If you have not paid you car off, it is never yours until it is paid off.
Yes they can even though it is on your private propery since you have no longer been making the payments the bank owns it and it is their property and they have the right to retrieve it
No, they are allowed to come and take it away.
yes, but they cant break & enter to do so.
No. If they do, they are trespassing and you can have them arrested.
I am not 100% on this but I am almost certain that they can as if an item is inside the home they can come in to take those
They can come onto your property because you gave them permission when you signed the loan.If it someone elses property that is trespass but after they have the vehicle the point is moot as long as they didn't damage the property.
I think they can walk the premises but i don't think they can enter your home without a warrant.
