I have a 2000 kia spectra also and went to replace the CV axel and now having major issues with tranny. The spider gear in which the cv goes through has drop into the trans and cv wont install. I dont understand how the gear just fell into the trans, but it did and Cv wont go in and I am stuck with pulling trans and taking it apart. Its a automatic. Any advise would be great.
