Bankruptcy is a FEDERAL court process....it is where you ask the Federal government to protect yopu from creditors....not hide you from them....and for them to take over and resolve your financial affairs that you can't. The creditors and the court get to ask lots of questions...IT IS A MAJOR COURT/LEGAL process, with lots of highly technical and offical things that must be complied with exactly....and rights of lots of people and things involved...nothing for the internet. Appreciate, it is a system that is used to resolve something where an entire prision system existed not too long ago (and someplaces, still does...and/or is still considered criminal with harsh punishments....debtors prison...not paying legal obligations. Yup, you have to show up at the court and legal proceeding YOU ARE REQUESTING.
