Junk food is not good for your health. It has too many refined (processed) carbohydrates in addition to so much fat and salt. Refined processed carbohydrates can lead to Heart disease, Diabetes and other diet related diseases. Having a little occasionally is okay but it does need to be strictly limited. Eat healthier foods to stay strong and fit and to avoid weight gain or obesity. Healthy foods are such things as fresh vegetables, fruits, proteins, and beneficial fats and oils, natural foods, as they appear in nature. Yes, junk foods often taste good, and many of us are addicted to junk foods and refined/processed carbohydrates. However, for the sake of short-term and long-term health, we need to control our intake of junk food.
