Yes, in most cases they will get a little sick from their first shot. They are normally injected with a small dose of the decease's so it may make them feel unwell (behave differently) but they are normally ok within 24 hours.

∙ 14y agoYes you can. Because if the cat has rabies then your cat is gonna go bite somebody and give them rabies. Then you'll end up getting sued and getting in a lot of trouble. So give your cat its shots, if you know what's good for you.
