Probably not, for several reasons. First, older lambs that have started to ruminate have very different stomach conditions than humans (for which paracetamol is typically formulated for), which may cause severe stomach upset and probably not do anything for the lamb's pain or fever. Second, in younger lambs, the formulation and doseage isn't well characterized - your veterinarian may have specific information that can give you some guidance, but the drug itself is not marketed for nor tested in ruminants. Third, depending upon your country's extra-label drug useage laws, this may be illegal to do without a veterinarian's prescription.
