Try a little monistat cream from over the counter. It may lead to a yeast infection.
It may be a yeast infection. Grab a monistat 3. If that does not work grab a monistat 7. :)
I don't think so because some health care providers would prescribe steroid cream to stop the inflammation.
12+ yrs. Just make sure you read the directions and do exactly as it says, and like any other product that you have never used before, if you notice a bad reaction, stop use and call a doctor.
I think the most important thing is to get rid of the cause of the itch which will in turn stop the itch. If you have determined the cause of your itch is a yeast infection. you can always go get monistat cream and and put in the area of the itch. I actually prefer the natural methods. plain yogurt works great. it will sooth the itch plus it will get rid of the infection and restore natural balance. Also suggest taking a golden seal supplement for about 2 weeks to get rid of the yeast in your system.
I use Tea Tree Spray in my shoes when I take them off at night. I have terrible trouble with foot odour but this seems to do the trick. If you have foot odor, then you have yeast growing on the skin of your feet. Go buy a tube of Monistat cream (yes, the vaginal cream for yeast infection), wash your feet before you go to bed at night, slather the cream all over your feet, inbetween your toes and put socks on for the night. Do this for one week and you will put a stop to your stinking feet. The doctor suggested this for my son when he said his shoes smelled so bad he had to keep them outside the house. That was 20 years ago and he hasn't had a problem since!!
Sounds like you might have a yeast infection or an STD. Try Monistat Over the counter for the yeast infection (available at your local pharmacy) But it could definitely be a sign of an STD - go to the gynecologist to check it out.
yeast
No. When you get pregnant, periods stop.
Either the yeast consumes all of the food available, or the waste products produced by the yeast cause the yeast to die.
Yes. Baking soda can help stop the itch by restoring a normal pH. Sprinkle 1 cup of baking soda into a warm bath and stir with your hand until it is completely dissolved. Soak in the bath and the baking soda might relieve the itching.
Bleach will kill yeast. Salt can slow the growth of yeast or stop it all together. Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate can also kill yeast.
