I called the cops when my neighbor's car was being repo'd noisily and they handled it as any other robbery in progress until the repo guy showed them the security contract (permission to repossess) signed by the hysterical woman screaming at them. Then they sent everyone to their corners and preserved the peace until the car was gone.
