Well i actually have strep throat right now and am tryin oil of oregano to see if it works..... ive had this sore throat - strep throat for the last two days.. i was trying to ignore it but today the pain was too much so figured i needed to do something about it.

i had a bit of oregano oil left from before so i downed that in the afternoon. In the eveing I bought a new lil bottle of oil of oregano and a Zinc spray... Zinc boosts immune function to the guy at the health store recommended the two in combination... they seem to be working good together.. i had some swelling on my neck (lymph glands) and was feverish.. but about 3 hours later.. i do feel much better.. i have more ease swallowing... than i did earlier today.. that is for sure... i would definitely try the oregano oil first before antibiotics.
