Yes, however, iceburg lettuce has no nutritional value whatsoever. If you want to feed your bird greens, use romaine, kale, collard, spinach, etc., greens.

However avoid feeding iceberg lettuce to any species of bird. Iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value (even for humans) and is mostly water, therefore will lead to diarrhoea in birds.
