I've actually been in a situation like this before, except I was the 16 year old. In Pennsylvania the parents can press charges as long as she's not pregnant (she's considered an adult at that point) or hasn't been emancipated. In PA if the girl is under 18 and the man is over 18 it's considered statutory rape and is illegal. Check with the police department in your area but I'm pretty sure it's possible
