Not in a democratic country, no.For example, in the UK and US you are free to speak your mind.


It's also your human right (according to the international Human Rights Act) to be entitled to your own opinions.


However, some fascist ortotalitariangovernments may arrest or even torture those who speak out (North Korea, etc). Arresting someone for their opinions is a violation of the Human Rights Act.
