∙ 12y agoNo. Dogs or puppies cannot be tracked even though they have microchips... but if they are found, a shelter or vet clinic that has a scanner can track the dog/puppy's owner and take him/her back to their home. But if wondering if you can track the dog's location, you cannot.

∙ 12y agoits not a law anywhere that states that a dog (or cat) must be microchipped. but its a good thing to get. incase it's stolen or runs away, then later is found, they get scanned and whalla your pet is home agian.

∙ 11y agoThe microchips commonly implanted in dogs and cats at shelters or by veterinarians are for identification purposes and can only be read if scanned. These types of chips can not be tracked.

This question is impossible to answer. You need to spend between £6 and £10 a week on dog food normally. You should buy a bed, toys, lead, collar. You should prepare for any house damage. You should get your dog neutered to prevent any unwanted pregnancies and also micro-chipped to help find your dog if it runs away. You may need to prepare for any medical emergencies and then any medication after. Also, in old age dogs may need to talk medication on a regular basis. As i said, this is impossible to answer.
