Although unlikely, I have learned in medicine that virtually anything is possible. It is also possible you are allergic to the powder in the gloves or the soap you are using prior to putting the gloves on.

...its not unlikey, I have just found out that I have an allergy to them. They arent powdered..and its not the soap.

Certainly. PolyEthylene is a chemical, and if you can be allergic to a peanut you can be allergic to a chemical, especially if it is in contact with your hands all day. You should also be certain that they are not leaking whatever (probably nasty) stuff you are handling all day is not seeping in there through the cuffs.
