Some public records can be removed before 7 years. Most records however must be kept for 7 years or longer to protect people.

Criminal records in Kentucky are available for the public. They go back for at least the last 5 years.
Chexsystems will remove all records after 5 years. In order to be removed prior to this time, you must file a dispute with chexsystems. There is no guarantee for removal but many have been able to be removed by filing a dispute.
Bankruptcy can stay on your credit report for up to 10 years. I say "up to" because you can ask to have it removed and in some cases they may do so. After 10 years if it is not removed, you can demand that it be removed.

The judgment will remain in the Public Records section of the credit report for seven years. In some instances a judgment can be renewed,if so, it can remain on the credit report indefinitely. There is nothing that can be done to have the data removed from the CR before the required expiration date.
