Yes, I believe they can. I believe bisquick is safe for birds to eat in pancakes. Just don't add thinks like Chocolate Chips, but I am sure they would love some pecans thrown in there. It is always nice, i think, to fix a breakfast both you and your bird can eat together, so I think pancakes would be great.
