payment late?? then its NOT on time and in DEFAULT. WHAT is not stated in the contract??? No lender is going to repo a car when only one payment is 3 days late. If you have made all the payments on time and you are only 3 days late, and they repossed your car, you need to contact the lender and see what is going on. Something is not right here.
Read your CONTRACT. You have to be in DEFAULT of the contract for the lender to repo. If you are current on payments, what else can you be in default of?? INSURANCE coverage?
They can only LEGALLY repo your car IF you are in DEFAULT of the contract. That could be no payments, no insurance, using the car for an illegal purpose, ect. Is there any requirements in your contract that you may have not met? If you are NOT in default of the contract, call an attorney NOW. Good Luck
You must have signed a contract when you rented the couch. If you check the language in the contract you may find that the rental company included a provision that if you failed to make payments then they could repossess the property.
YES.
As long as you continue to make the payments, you are OK. If you fail to make the payments, they will repossess the car, sell it, and you will then owe the difference in what it sells for and the balance on the loan. The previous answer overlooked one important point. INSURANCE WAS EXPIRED If they don't repossess it, it is only because it is worthless after the accident. What they would prefer to do in this case is "accelerate the payments", i.e. make you pay the remainder of the loan immediately. Then you can worry about disposing of the carcass.
A Variable Annuity is an insurance contract in which at the end of the accumulation stage, the insurance company guarantees a minimum payment. The remaining income payments can vary depending on the performance of the managed portfolio.
They will not repossess a vehicle unless you have defaulted on the loan. Defaulting on the loan is being late with the payments. Call the lender and talk to them.
In most instances when you get behind on your payments. The exact details of when the lender will repossess the vehicle is listed in the contract you signed when you took out the loan on the vehicle. Read your contract with the lender.
Three payments
As long as the contract is NOT in default, NO. Read the contract. Payments current, ins. current, no other defaults?

Yes.
