∙ 12y agoHalo Wars takes place in 2531 CE which is 21 years before Halo 1, 2, 3, and ODST. It is 6 years after the Human-Covenant War started. Master Chief and the other Spartan IIs were all about 20 years old. They went on their first mission when they were 15 so it is reasonable for Red Team to be going on its own missions. Halo Wars is about the UNSC ship Spirit of Fire which which found the Covenant trying to activate something. The game is about the ship's adventures in trying to stop the Covenant. Red Team is a minor part of the story but are still awesome. The game has good graphics and the cinematics are awesome.

∙ 11y agoIn Halo 4 you play as Master Chief (AKA John, Sierra 117) who starts out the game on the UNSC Forward Unto Dawn. Cortana (An AI) wakes him up as the ship is being attacked by Covenant (Aliens) forces. After fighting the Covenant for a few minutes, he sees a forerunner planet that the ship is near. The planet pulls him and the covenant into it and they crash. Once on the planet, the chief starts receiving weak radio signals from the UNSC Infinity. He tries to warn them that the planet will pull them in, but it's too late and they get pulled in too. Master Chief then finds the Prometheans (A new type of alien) and the Didat (A type of forerunner that controls the Prometheans). He then sets out to kill the Didat before he escapes to earth and destroys it.
No spoilers about the end.
