Can someone tell me which relay is for the low settings of the heater blower for a 2000 Jeep TJ wrangler US My blower only works on high4. Or are there any other suggestions to look for.?

the resistor has melted the variable settings. Replace resistor under passenger dash.

I had the same problem and I found it to be the blower motor resister. This is what controls the blower motor settings. You will have to find out where it is on yours.
