Milk that came from cows that have not had any hormone implants or fed hormones will still have very minute amounts of hormones in it. But the amount of hormones that are in the milk is so small that it is insignificant enough to not cause any issues in humans.

On the other hand, cows that HAVE been fed hormones (like rbGH) will have a significant level of hormone in the milk.

I believe that soy milk is a beverage that should not be consumed in large quantities by women who are trying to get pregnant as soy can affect ovulation and increase miscarriages. It is healthier for women in menopause and should not be consumed by women who have estrogen dominance or are susceptible to estrogen.

What are the comparisons between soy milk and cow's milk?

It isn't, necessarily. Soy milk is derived from soy beans (a plant), so soy milk is free of lactose, a protein which is found in cow milk, and also contains much lower levels of saturated fats and cholesterol. On its own, soy milk does not contain much calcium, so this is generally added by manufacturers.
