Yes it could become a real life situation , Anything could happen like that, many animals have diseases, and could spread them at anytime , Just like the Bat, and the Pig. Some people could even give diseases to other people and cause the world to happen like that, if a disease does happen like that, dont think that there will be Zombies everywere, and only 1 Survivor in the world. no.
