He could, but he wont. Waivers do not come from the president, the come from the secretary of what ever service you are trying to get into. And if you are too young then you must wait, but if you are at least 17 1/2 and you parents sign the paper work, then you can enlist, but not before that. The military sucks ass, I know from experience, think twice before you "accelerate your life" or "become and army of one" cause you are basically going to be a janitor/bi*ch for the first few years of your enlistment.
At 17 a person can enlist with parents permission.
More then likely the MEPS "Military Entrance Processing Station" will deny you to enlist and ask you to get all the medical documents pertaining to this. I would guess it would have to be taken care of "No LONGER HAVE IT" in order to enlist into any branch of service. No, you cannot, nor should you be able to. If someone wants to enlist in the military, it's something they do on their own accord, and it's ultimately that person who signs the enlistment contract - you can't sign it in their stead.
No. That's a condition which would disqualify someone from being able to enlist.
After someone has served in the military they are called a veteran.
When a president dies, it is important for someone to take his place. That should be the vice president. However, if an attack happened and the vice president dies with the president, there is a protocol for who gets the job next. That person has to have the nuclear launch codes and needs to take charge of the military. A president has a big job and someone needs to be our leader.
An Army recruiter gets nothing for a contract, only a pat on the back if their lucky, they do not work on compensation or get bonuses by getting someone to enlist. The only incentive an Army recruiter has is that a person who scores over a 50 on the ASVAB the recruiter will get 15 points toward an award, it takes 300 points to receive a recruiting award. Each and every recruiter does not have a quota directed by the Army, they however has personal goals to make an attempt to find at least one person a month to enlist in the Army, if they are unsuccessful then at the worse they will get chewed out by their bosses and then taught and mentored on ways that might work to find a person to enlist.
Yes. The president is the commander and chief of the military and each branch has a person who is on the joint chief of staff.
Yes, gays and lesbians are permitted to serve openly in the U.S. military, and their spouses are recognized for benefits. (The previous answer is outdated; don't ask don't tell was repealed in 2013).
A person becomes a President of A country when people selected or voted for them to be President or if in a country that is not democratic the military has to pick one to be the President
