Yes. If he has a repo order, it is no longer YOUR truck.
my work truck was repo and i retrived my truck back but my belonging are missing how can i get them back
Probably not. He'd probably ask you to get out of the car.
The "penalty" is a repo on your CR.,higher interest rates on future loans, and a possible judgement/wage garnishment against you. A repo is a repo is a repo in credit files.
drive it away
Its not as easy as it seems. Is your truck gonna handle the work SAFELY? REPO insurance is sky high.
A repo man uses tools that can break locks and chain up moveable assets. A common tool for every repo man is the tow truck. The truck needs chains, lifts and a pulley system to work effectively.
There is no company with the name "Repo Truck", but "repossession" of a vehicle simply means the financial lending company "takes back" the vehicle, because monthly payments on the vehicle have ceased.
Yes, if you are not making the payments the bank can repo your truck.
You would have to know who the LENDER is on the loan. You will also need the VIN from the truck and/or the debtors name.
yes if they have your address
with a tow truck or a key.
You can be arrested.
Only if the truck, boat and trailer were all behind on payments and the lien holder for all of them assigned them all out for repo. If they weren't it's called conversion.

When you've missed a payment or two or three - they can usually do it legally after one missed payment, but they don't want your silly truck, they want their money. So they hire a repo man to get the truck back and sell it at auction as fast as possible to get SOME cash back...
Usually with a tow truck.
Most likely, the repo man will hook the car to a tow truck or put it on a flatbed tow truck.
This question is dependent on these considerations: Where is the truck. Who owns the truck What is the truck used for What kind of truck is it. Where I live the largest truck can be registered as a personal vehical with car plates as long as it never ever does comercial hauling. It is still subject to inspection as a comercial heavy truck to insure it is safe but has the same registration as my Smart Car. This will be completly difrent in other places.
In most states the plates stay with the car. If it gets repo'd it will definitely be taken with the plates on it. If you are in a state where you keep the plates, they will give them back to you with your bag of personal items. I am not aware of state where they give you back the plates. Remember that the plates are registered to the car, so once the car is gone the plates are essentially useless to you. Also, if you happen to be asking this in order to somehow try to evade the repo or avoid it in some way...don't try. You may hide it for a few days, maybe a month, but eventually they will get it and you'll just owe them more money in the long run. Also, putting wrong plates on the car is not going to work (haha). Repo guys check the VIN number. Thanks.
If the plates say Truck, then the answer is no.
If you got the new arrangements in writing, no, unless the new arrangements stated that repo would happen if new arrangements were not met in timely manner. If nothing in writing, arrange to get your personals out of the truck.
