First off, bulimia is a very unhealthy habit. You should probably see a counselor for your body image issues. Second, you have probably created in ulcer in your esophagus. Stomach acid is not meant to leave the stomach that way. Stop shoving your fingers down your throat and get to a doctor as soon as humanly possibly. Vomiting blood is called "Hematamesis."
