No! The molecular size of vitamins wont allow them to be absorbed through the skin. Theory says that you could mix it with something that is a solvent that penetrates the skin, like a member of the chemical group dimethyls. But then there is the issue of the affect on the surrounding cells that cannot deal with increased minerals and substances that are present in vitamins.
