You can't. It's factory set and cannot be changed.
In the trunk. Look up under the rear deck and there is a sticker that has the factory code on it somewhere up there.

The Lincoln Navigator keypad entry code can be found in the back of the owners manual. You can only use the keypad entry code once and then you will have to enter your personal entry code.
I'm not a mechanic / technician , but the only way I can think of changing the FACTORY keypad code would be to change the RAP module and then reprogram your remotes to operate the new RAP module
