You need to add power steering fluid to your vehicle. It is a good idea to check all fluids on a regular basis.
There is a black fill plug on the very top of the transmission. It is below a wiring harness and an AC line (I Believe).
Shouldn't have to add anything unless the charging system is overcharging the battery. Some batteries are sealed and you can't add if you wanted to. If you think that the battery acid level is lower than it should be have the system tested for problems.
Saturn radiators don't have caps to check and add fluid to the radiator you open the overflow tank and add it there

You don't. There is no place for the average consumer to either check the transmission fluid (no dip stick) nor add transmission fluid. A mechanic told me it has to be brought to the dealership. There's no radiator cap either.
