Wow... That's a major undertaking...
You'd have to have the 'carcass' of a compatible Windstar that has the vents and then start to disassemble to the bare metal chasis around the climate control system.
Not only the ductwork, but the entire control assembly under the dash - vacuum lines that control the venting in the back (top - bottom), heater core to provide heat, etc etc etc.
Given the amount of effort involved, I would offer the idea of finding a Windstar with the rear climate control that might have a blown engine or other 'major' problem - for cheap. Then you could do a more 'doable' project like transplanting your good engine into it.
Of course, this just my humble opinion ;)
According to the 2003 Ford Windstar owners manual : The washer fluid for the rear liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir as the front windshield
In a Ford 4610, you need to add the hydraulic fluid to the rear axle. The Ford 4610 is a 1989 tractor that retailed at close to $19,000.
It is either on or near the recievr dryer in the right rear of the engine compartment. To corrrectly add freon, you need gauges and a refrigerant recovery system
90w ======================================================== According to the 1996 Ford Explorer Owner Guide ( 80W90 ) for the REAR differential * if you have a Ford Traction-Lok add 4 ounces of friction modifier
You can view the 1997 Ford Ranger owners manual online at : www . motorcraft service . com ( no spaces ) Click on Owner Guides It shows Thermally Stable Rear Axle Lubricant , SAE 80W90 , meeting Ford specification ( WSP-M2C197-A ) Add 4 ounces of friction modifier to Ford Traction-Lok rear axles
My 1995 Ford Explorer Owner Guide shows : Motorcraft Premium Rear Axle Lubricant / Ford Part Number XY-80W90-QL / Ford Specification WSP-M2C197-A ( 5.5 pints ) ( and if you have a Traction-Lok rear axle to add 2 ounces / 118 ml of friction modifier , but 118 ml is around ( 4 ounces )
Go to Ford and buy the original equipment rear wiper--it works . I found out the hard way after buying aftermarket wipers that didn't work--twice i might add. Original equipment wiper bought from Ford worked first time--still is!!!
In a 1997 Ford Aerostar ( REAR differential ) With the 7.5 " ring gear ( 3.5 U.S. pints ) With the 8.8 " ring gear ( 5.0 ) * traction lok , add 4 ounces of friction modifier
First check the level of the lube in the rear differential. If it is low add the correct weight lube. If not, then you have worn gears. Also check your rear wheel bearings as that is what you may be hearing.
recover the r-134, remove the driver's side panel inside the rear hatch. Remove the rear expansion valve flush any debris out of the a/c lines and install a new rear expansion valve. Add the appropriat amt of oil back into the system. If you don't know, after flushing about 3 or 4 oz. Recharge the system with 3lb 8oz r-134. Run the a/c, look for leaks, Re-install the panel
On a 1995 Ford Explorer ( automatic transmission ) You use a funnel and add transmission fluid through the dipstick tube ( it is located in the engine compartment , by the firewall , towards the passenger side of the vehicle , where the transmission is bolted to the rear of the engine )
It depends on how much wood you use and how you set your exhaust vents. It can get very smokey if you close the vents and add a bunch of wood chips/chunks
