No you can't: the clutch on the Peugeot 806 is operated by a self-adjusting cable, so there is no need/facility to manually adjust it. One important point to note if you are replacing the clutch cable - the cable's self-adjusting mechanism is situated towards the pedal end of the cable, at the point at which the cable passes through the bulkhead. It comes with a plastic shroud around the mechanism and this shroud must NOT be removed until the replacement cable is fitted at both ends, i.e., at the gearbox end and at the pedal end. Once the cable is so connected, the plastic shroud can be removed, the clutch pedal can be depressed, and the cable will then automatically adjust itself.
Also note that there are two cables available for this vehicle of differing length: 1760mm length cable to fit the ME gearbox, and 1578mm length cable to fit the ML gearbox. Either check your gearbox type or measure the old cable first to ensure you have the correct one.

The clutch cable on a Peugeot 206 is self-adjusting. If it is not working right, then there is something broken. The auto adjuster is part of the clutch cable assembly, so a new clutch cable is required.
Actually there are several different models of the Peugeot 806. The petrol ones are: Peugeot 806 2.0 (here we have two different ones: first one was built from 1994 - 1998 and second one was built from 1998 - 2002) , Peugeot 806 2.0 16V, Peugeot 806 2.0 Turbo (here we have two different ones: first one was built from 1994 - 1998 and second one was built from 1998 - 2002) and finally the Peugeot 806 1.8.
To adjust the clutch pedal height in the Peugeot 307 locate the adjuster bolt on the floor under the clutch pedal. Loosen the bolt and pull out the pedal to the proper height then tighten the bolt. To make the clutch pedal lower for the operator simply push in on the clutch pedal while the adjuster bolt is loose, then tighten the bolt.

Hi, if you look at the pedal, there is a 10mm bolt, adjust it out to make the pedal higher, or adjust it in to make the pedal lower.
