Generally speaking Catholicism looks down upon practitioners of Witchcraft. However, there are many Christian Witches out there who both believe in and love Jesus, and practice Witchcraft. Even other Spiritual followings such as Voodoo boarders on a mix of both African Folk Magic and the teachings of Catholicism. So, it's all about what you personally believe, and love. It is entirely possible to both follow Catholic teachings, and practice Witchcraft, if you feel that is what is right for you.

Catholic Answer

Of course you can be Catholic and practice witchcraft, if you don't take your faith seriously. You cannot be a good Catholic, working towards heaven and salvation and practice witchcraft. Witchcraft has been outright condemned from the Old Testament right through history. In the New Testament, Sts. Peter and Paul confound magicians in Acts (8:9-24; 13:6-11; 19:13-18). Christian converts in Ephesus burned books of magic (Acts 19:19). In the Apocalypse (Book of Revelation) magic and sorcery were performed by the great harlot (Rev 18:23; cf. Rev 9:21, 21:8). Magic and sorcery produce "surprising results through the use of occult means", this means resorted to spirits, even if they do not call it this. All resorting to spirits results in demonic activity and is to be condemned in the strongest terms. Even playing around with a Ouija board is dangerous in the extreme. Short answer, No, you cannot be a good Catholic and practice witchcraft, although many of tried over the centuries, and all have been condemned. Please see Witchcraft 101 at the link below.
