It depends on what the criminal charge happens to be. One thing is for certain, you run just as big, if not greater, a risk by remaining a wanted fugitive.
nothing
No, you'd probably go to jail, unless you had an attorney work out a deal with the district attorney.
I would turn myself in and when i go to the judge that's what i would tell her cause they can't keep you under arrest in that case cause you can sew them when you get out.
Had this just happen to me and it means that the warrant(s) no longer active and you don't have a warrant anymore. I had to call to make sure and they confirmed it. I was at ease after finding out myself. You have nothing to worry about. No jail for us 🙃 it's not your time YET lol (kidding)!! Good luck, stay free peeps 🦅 hope this helps relieve someone from a panic attack! If you have any doubts just call, they can't arrest you over the phone 😂 but you're good if this is your case. 🚫🚔👮♂️
i just went through this myself he would be deported back to where he came from, as the marriage could be proven as a fraund under false pretenses.rabbit
Yes acctually, i have seen it for myself. It the stupidest thing that I have Eva seen. Get ahold of your humanity people!
Apparently not. I just received a ticket myself
When I need something that I won't need often enough to warrant buying it, or when I cannot afford to buy something myself, or when I need something urgently and borrowing is the quickest way to get it.
I think mcdonalds. I'm looking myself.
A really long time. I am wondering this myself actually.
After missing trial for a 3rd offense DUI I'd guess that there is probably a bench warrant out for your arrest. If you are caught operating, or voluntarily turn yourself in, if the bench warrant exists, you will go to jail. The thing you REALLY need to check on is your driving privileges! Just from your question I'd make a pretty safe guess that currently your drivers license is suspended or revoked by NC. Revoked in one state means revoked in ALL states. It would probably be to your advantage to call the court system where you were going to be tried and ask them the easiest way for you to voluntarily surrender would be.
