yes, I'm 29 and a doctor. i had my ovaries removed last year and have gone into early menopause, hot flashes, night sweats and hair growth under lip, and trying to find a hair dye that wont turn my hair purple cuz its going white, what you have could be a simple hormonal imbalance, i don't know your medical records or any surgries that you might have had or reactions like Allergies to Birth Control pills, getting yourself a good obgyn plus a blood test could help determine whats wrong or why you feel this way, a womans body does change at 29 because she stops growing-height, and the sexual peak is being achieved, depending on how young you were when you got your first period. the younger you were the sooner you'll reach your sexual peak, men reach theirs when their 18-24. and women reach theirs between 29-35, which i know sucks and is unfair-it should be equal but are bodies aren't, but get a simple blood test and std check, not to scare you but stds can causes changes in vision, appetite even sleep. take care of your self and if you have any more questions you can e-mail me.
