I am exactly five feet tall and before I had my daughter I was a size zero. My mom is a small gal and ladies in our family were always thin in their teens and early 20's. I was a healthy 98 pounds at 20. I am now around 105 and eat very healthy and work out five days a week at the gym to keep my size 2 trim and toned. So, to answer your question, yes, I believe if your heritage and body type allows for you to naturally be a zero while still eating and having energy, go with it!
