You can but you need to set up a PayPal account and link it with your checking or savings account. Paypal will withdraw funds from your account and transfer to the Ebay seller before the buyer will ship anything.
You are not allowed to pay cash to make purchases on eBay. You can only use PayPal, ProPay, Skrill, Paymate, Credit card or debit card processed through the seller's internet merchant account, payment upon pickup and Bill Me Later facility to make payments for items purchased from eBay.
You are not allowed to send cash through the mail. You can send cash or a money order through instant, point-to-point cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram, mailing checks or money orders (except for items that are permitted), paying through bank-to-bank transfers (except for items that permitted), paying by "topping off" a seller's prepaid credit or debit card, paying using online or other payment methods not specifically permitted in their policy, asking buyers to contact them for additional payment methods or asking buyers to pay using a method not mentioned in the listing.
